LeadCare Illinois provides free lead safety training for child care providers and school leaders. These trainings explain how to test water for lead and what steps to take if lead is found. Licensed child care providers must complete a lead safety training to meet their Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) requirement. Training is available online in English and Spanish.
