Elevate Energy (“Elevate”) is the program administrator of LeadCare Illinois, a program to help schools, licensed day care homes, group day care homes, and day care centers in Illinois (each a “Facility”) comply with mandatory lead in water in water testing requirements, as mandated by the State of Illinois.
Testing kits, lead in water testing and reporting will be provided by a third party. Elevate makes no warranty, express or implied, of any kind including, but not limited to, that any testing kits or services or any information, data or materials provided as part of the LeadCare Illinois program will be accurate, complete or error-free, or that lead in water at any Facility will be reduced. Subject to applicable law, Elevate (including the directors, officers, employees, agents and funders of Elevate) will not be liable for any claim of any kind (whether under contract, tort, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory) arising as a result of anyone’s participation in LeadCare Illinois.
Each Facility’s test results and other information provided by anyone acting on behalf of a Facility or collected by Elevate (or any third party with which Elevate is working with or for as part of the LeadCare Illinois program) will be made publicly available. It is the responsibility of each participant to refrain from sharing any confidential or private information.
Participants must publicize their Facility’s test results as required by applicable law.
