Elevate Energy is the program administrator of LeadCare Illinois, a program to help licensed day care homes, group day care homes, and day care centers in Illinois comply with mandatory lead in water in water testing requirements, as mandated by the State of Illinois.
Testing kits, lead in water testing and reporting will be provided by a third party. Elevate Energy makes no warranty, express or implied, of any kind including, but not limited to, that any testing kits or services or any information, data or materials provided as part of the LeadCare Illinois program will be accurate, complete or error-free, or that lead in water at your facility will be reduced. Subject to applicable law, Elevate Energy (including the directors, officers, employees, agents and funders of Elevate Energy) will not be liable for any claim of any kind (whether under contract, tort, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory) arising as a result of your participation in LeadCare Illinois.
