About LeadCare Complete
LeadCare Complete supports child care providers in reducing children’s exposure to lead by offering free plumbing upgrades to reduce lead in drinking water. At this time, LeadCare Complete is only available to child care providers in the City of Chicago who have a lead-in-water test result of 2.01ppb or higher.

LeadCare Complete is administered by Elevate Energy (Elevate). Funding is provided in whole or in part by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Chicago.
